How to check customer dues using desktop retail POS

Managing customer dues is a crucial aspect of running a successful retail business. Whether it's tracking outstanding balances or ensuring timely payments, having a robust system in place can significantly streamline operations and enhance customer relationships.

In this guide, we'll explore how you can effectively utilize your desktop retail Point of Sale (POS) system to check customer dues efficiently.

  1. Open Desktop POS and navigate to the Customer Dues page (Menu>Reports>Customer Dues).

  2. A pop-up window appears  "Customer Dues" on the screen.

  3. By clicking on the profile of each list, you are redirected to the user profile and see the details of the details of each due.

Exporting Dues

You can also export payments in CSV and PDF formats. On the top right, you can find two buttons. One is CSV export, and the other is PDF export.
