How do I check a customer's purchase history from the Point of Sale?

Sometimes you will need to look up a customer's purchase history. For example, a customer may ask you to look up a product they purchased in the past so they can purchase it again, or they may ask you when they bought a product to see if it is still under warranty.

  1. Open your POS, and navigate to you Customers page (Menu>Customers).

  2. Choose the desired customer for whom you wish to check the details.
  3. Click the profile icon. Customer Profile window appears on your screen.

  4. This profile has three columns:
    • First Column: Displays customer details.
    • Second Column: Display four Tabs:
      • All Purchase : Displays customers all purchase history.

      • Dues : Displays list of customers dues.
      • Feedbacks: Displays a list of customer feedback. By clicking the plus (+) button on the right bottom side of the screen, you can add customer feedback if the customer provides it.
      • Analysis: Displays a graphical report of the customer's purchase.
    • Third Column: Displays a summary of customers purchase information. 
  5. Now, click the "All purchases" tab. You can see the entire customer purchase history.
