Setting up Custom Tax

There are two type of tax setting supports Nexchar POS.

• Global Tax Setting
• Custom tax setting for specific item

Custom tax setting for specific item

If you do business in an area with special tax laws for certain items. Follow the easy steps to setup custom tax rules.

1. On a web browser, log into your Nexchar POS
2. Click “Items” from the menu.
3. Click the “Edit” button to choose which product you want to customize tax settings for.
4. Check the Enable custom tax, located in the section titled “Tax Settings”.
5. Set the custom tax value in the “Tax in percent.”
6. Click “Save” button.
