In this section, we assumed you had already created your Nexchar account. Now we first sign in to the desktop POS and configure our store settings.

Login To Desktop Point of Sale (POS)

1. Open App :

Find "Nexchar POS" form the windows start menu and open it. You can see the login page.

2. Sign In :

Fill Email and Password that you use to create store. Then click "Sign In" button.


  • Enter a valid Email address
  • Provide a password : must be at least 8 characters.

3.  Store Configuration 

Now you are on the configuration page.


  • Store Name : Enter your store name.
  • Email Address : Enter a valid email address that your customer can contact.
  • Phone Number: Enter a valid contact number that your customer can contact.
  • Address: Enter your store address.
  • Default Tax: Enter tax in percent. This tax setting is applied to every sale.
  • Currency Code: Enter your currency code.
  • Currency Symbol: Enter the currency symbol that displays in the receipt or invoice.

Click the "Save" button.

4. Perform a sale:


  1. By default you can see two items (Demo Item 1 , Demo Item 2) added in the system.
  2. Click "Demo Item 1", You can see Item is added to shopping cart
  3. Click "Save Sale" button to save the sales.
