Overview:
This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and troubleshoot the external monitor used as the customer display screen on your Desktop POS system.

The customer display screen is an essential component of your Desktop POS system. It allows customers to view transaction details, prices, and promotional content during checkout. This POS system supports only external monitor display screens for this purpose.
2. Requirements
- External Monitor: Ensure you have a compatible external monitor. The monitor should have the appropriate input ports (e.g., HDMI, VGA) for connection to your Desktop POS system.
- Connecting Cable: Depending on the ports available on your POS system and monitor, use an HDMI, VGA, or DisplayPort cable.
- Power Supply: The external monitor requires a dedicated power source.
