Step 1: Enabling Dynamic Pricing form Backoffice
Log in to Your Nexchar Account:
- Open your web browser and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to Settings:
- Navigate to Settings > POS Settings from the main menu.
- In the Sales Settings section, find the option for Dynamic Pricing.
Enable Dynamic Pricing:
- Check the box labeled Enable Dynamic Pricing to activate this feature.
- Save your settings to apply changes.
Enabling this feature gives you the flexibility to set customized prices for items during transactions on your Desktop POS.
Step 2: How to Use Dynamic Pricing in Nexchar Desktop POS
Right-Click to Open Context Menu:
- In the Nexchar Desktop POS interface, right-click on the item you want to set Dynamic Price.
- A context menu will appear with various options.
Select "Dynamic Pricing":
- From the context menu, click on Dynamic Pricing.
- A dialog box will open, allowing you to manually adjust the price.
Enter the Negotiated Price:
- Enter the new price and quantity agreed upon with the customer.
- Confirm the changes by selecting Add to Cart.
Complete the Sale:
- On the Cart section, you can find the price of the product has been updated and added to the customer shopping cart.
- Once all items have been adjusted, proceed to checkout.
